The Next Time The Next Person

This crescendo has birthed so much.

Some react.

Some persons react by retreating

Some respond

Some respond by asking how can I/we be a force for good in the current maelstrom?

Wisdom from Mother Teresa offers a paradigm which can develop in a plan when she said “Do not wait for leaders; do it alone, person to person.”

The next person I see, simply smile.

The next person who tries to get in front of me in the store, wave them in with a smile.

The next person who talks to me, listen.

The next time I am in the drive through lane, pay for a meal for the next car behind you.

The next time I think of a person, either call or write.

Next person and next time.

I’ll end with another piece of wisdom from Mother Teresa “Let us always meet each other with smile, for the smile is the beginning of love.”
