Start Small

Some words loom large and strong in our vocabulary and lives.

These words boom and announce great things for the future: large, enormous, gigantic.

Other words offer less appeal and seemingly even lesser of a future.

“Small” neither beckons nor attracts.

The life of Thomas Edison clearly shows that a small, first steps need to be taken, accompanied with diligent action. He tested more than 6,000 combustible materials until he reached a satisfiable solution.

How about a stock that started small and grew 743%? Tesla!

How about starting with one person, then 12 apostles, them 72 disciples, beginning in a small despised part of a country who would become the body of believers now known as Christians?

“Do not despise these small beginnings, for the LORD rejoices to see the work begin …” (Zechariah 4:10, NLT).

Start small today!
