Tomorrow

I love to read and learn.

New books, authors, music consume my iPad, attention,  and time.

Different move me to grow.

One such comes from a middle school grandson whose humor and insight refresh.

One such came from Hamilton, the musical.

Here it is

“I’m laughin’ in the face of casualties and sorrow,
For the first time, I’m thinkin’ past tomorrow.“ “My Shot,” “Hamilton

Laughing in the face of casualties and sorrow definitely fits our time.

The change occurs when “for the first time, I’m thinkin’ past tomorrow.”

Because of my faith, I believe in a person who has a plan for my better tomorrow.

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29.11 NIV)
